Mt. Vernon Winery to host antique motorcycle show
When you come out to visit us on April 21, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful collection of antique motorcycles. From a 1952 Whizzer, a 1957 Mustang to a 1937 Indian Sport Scout, these bikes were definitely made to show!
Our Antique Motorcycle “Show and Shine” event will be held on April 21 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In the unlikely event of a downpour, we will hold off until the following Friday on April 28.
We encourage you take part in the show, too. Bring your prized two-wheeler to share with the rest of our guests and family.
Here are some of the bikes that will be on display:
If you cannot join us that weekend, be sure to check out our events calendar for the April 8 Wine Cave Dinner. Chef Glen Johnson, of Under the Canapé Catering, will prepare a delectable demonstration menu to pair with Mt. Vernon Wines on-site at our next Cave Dinner right here in Auburn. We will also have another Wine Cave Dinner later in the summer.
Take a peek at the menu here.
Our “Blues, Bottles and Bacon” celebration On May 6 will also be a grand highlight here at Mt. Vernon. There’s big reason to celebrate — we are proudly marking our 18th year in business. We’d love to have you around for this special day, which will include incredible food brought to us by Bacon Mania Food Truck. For the entertainment, Two-Tone Steiny and the Cadillacs will bring his unique blend of blues classics and original tunes to Mt. Vernon. If you want to join us, click here for more details.
There’s a lot going on here at Mt. Vernon Winery and we hope you can join us!
