CAVE DINNERS
For the first time in more than four years, we’re opening the wine cave for an evening of exceptional food, wine, and ambiance.
Chef Alan Davis — a classically trained French chef, current chef at Loomis Basin Gastro Pub, and veteran of more than 20 years in the culinary industry — will prepare an elevated multi-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected Mt. Vernon wine. Throughout the evening, winemaker Ryan Taylor will guide guests through the wines, sharing insight into his craft and the winemaking process. A rare opportunity to experience Mt. Vernon from inside the cellar.
